Political Science and Public Administration Research Center Drives National Research at the 2026 Parliament Exhibition

The 2026 Annual Research Seminar and Exhibition was recently held at the Parliament Building in Bangkok. This major national event was collaboratively organized by the Secretariat of the Senate, the Senate’s Research and Development Committee, and over 54 academic and research institutions from across the country.

During the event, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pafun Ninsawat Duhamel represented the center by attending a keynote panel discussion titled “Decoding Thailand’s Future Through Research and Innovation: Driving Thailand Towards the Future in a Changing World.” The session provided visionary perspectives on Thailand’s trajectory across four critical dimensions, featuring leading experts from the legislative, innovation, academic, and business sectors. Additionally, Dr. Pafun engaged in strategic discussions with the Senate’s Research and Development Committee to help forge future research networks and collaborative partnerships.

Furthermore, the exhibition served as a prime platform to promote the research accomplishments of faculty members from the School of Political Science and Public Administration at Walailak University. These academic works were showcased to key policymakers, including the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, alongside various Senators, advisors, and Members of the House of Representatives. This proactive initiative aims to raise awareness and translate academic knowledge into actionable drivers for public policy.
