On April 22–23, 2025, faculty members from the Bachelor of Public Administration Program, School of Political Science and Public Administration, Walailak University, served as guest speakers in a workshop titled "Capacity Building through Job Description Development" held at Nora Conference Room, Chalermphrakiat Building, Phatthalung Hospital.
The two-day workshop welcomed over 130 participants, including department heads, ward supervisors, assistant ward supervisors, and appointed staff from all units within the hospital. The program featured academic lectures and hands-on workshops designed to enhance participants’ understanding of how to create comprehensive and practical job descriptions aligned with their roles and responsibilities.
This initiative aimed to provide a clear methodology for drafting effective job descriptions, supporting internal role clarity and serving as a foundation for long-term personnel
competency development within Phatthalung Hospital.
