The School of Political Science and Public Administration, Walailak University, organized a seminar and workshop to develop the Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 during October 15–17, 2025, at X-SEA Khanom Harbor Bay Resort, Khanom District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The seminar was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Neeranart Kaewprasert Rakkangthong, Acting Dean of the School of Political Science and Public Administration.

The objective of this seminar was to gather opinions from the faculty members and staff of the School in order to define the direction and development strategies for Fiscal Year 2026, covering various areas such as academic affairs, curriculum management, research, student affairs, and academic collaboration with both domestic and international institutions.

The seminar activities included group discussions to exchange ideas on various topics such as curriculum implementation, quality assurance in education, faculty development and manpower planning, student development activities, curriculum promotion and student recruitment, as well as planning for research development and publication in the SCOPUS database, textbook and academic book projects, and operational approaches aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This seminar also served as an important opportunity to foster a shared understanding of the School’s internal management, particularly in areas such as budgeting, human resource administration, and the process of applying for academic positions. It also aimed to strengthen good relationships and unity among faculty members and staff, leading to more efficient operations aligned with Walailak University’s strategic development goals. The event was actively participated in by all faculty and staff members of the School in a warm and collaborative atmosphere throughout the seminar.
