On April 22–23, 2025, faculty members from the Bachelor of Public Administration Program, School of Political Science and Public Administration, Walailak University, served as guest lecturers in the “Competency Development Workshop through Job Description Preparation” held at the Nora Conference Room, Chalermphrakiat Building, Phatthalung Hospital.
The training was attended by more than 130 participants, including heads of divisions, section chiefs, ward supervisors, deputy ward supervisors, and staff members from various units across the hospital. The program featured academic lectures along with interactive workshop activities aimed at enhancing understanding of how to prepare clear and comprehensive Job Descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of each position.
The project’s objective was to strengthen participants’ skills in systematic Job Description writing, enabling them to apply the knowledge to improve personnel competency development effectively and sustainably within Phatthalung Hospital.
